During the course, you’ll be part of engaging weekly 90-minute collaborative Masterclasses that cover each of the 6 Core Elements of effective culture cultivation.

In each session, we'll delve into concepts, ideas, and essential tools to empower your purposeful and well-informed culture change initiatives.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the fundamental elements that underpin business readiness for culture change. Discover your own readiness through our diagnostic tool and explore strategies for fostering readiness and change capabilities within your leadership and HR teams.

  • Kick-start the journey by daring to dream about what a great culture should look like for your business. We’ll share how to define your ideal culture in a practical and business-centric way that aligns to your business aims and context. . Explore our culture playbook template, leverage the ideal culture definition toolkit and learn collaborative strategies for co-creating your unique vision.

  • Explore the relationship between culture, employee experiences and prevalent colleague behaviours. Equip yourself with tools to decipher your current context and its impact on your business, guiding your priorities for change.

  • Build a clear understanding of the wide range of factors that can be leveraged and influenced to cultivate your ideal culture.

    Through exclusive access to our Culture Catalyst Scorecard, you’ll gain insights into which aspects of your business contribute positively or need improvement in relation to your ideal culture, facilitating targeted action planning and progress monitoring.

  • Be inspired by our de-centralised approach to culture change prioritisation and sprint commissioning. Learn how to establish a culture advisory board, initiate localised action planning sprints and activate your culture beacons.

  • Reflect on the topics covered so far and chart your path through readiness building and change delivery. Additionally, gain valuable insights into the theory behind behaviour change setbacks and how to effectively reset and refocus when challenges arise.

  • Yes all Masterclasses will be recorded and made available shortly after the session.

  • Yes definitely. It would cost £4000 (ex VAT) for our standard course deliver.
