Hi! I’m Paula a seasoned speaker and Culture Change Strategist with over 20 years experience in fostering positive behaviours in businesses.

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist….

I bring an in-depth, evidence-based understanding of what drives healthy organisational systems, as well as an appreciation of how to drive culture in way that sticks.

I’m an energetic and passionate speaker, who seeks to create interactive experiences that inspires people and maximise the value they take away from any session I host.

Speaking is a passion and driven not only by my joy of activating and inspiring large groups, but also my mission to support as many HR as possible to have the tools and expertise they need to lead culture change in their business.

My speaking experience includes:

  • Speaking multiple times at renowned events to audiences of over a thousand people at events such as the Annual CIPD Conference and Health and Well-Being at Work Conference, delivering as a subject matter expert.

  • Leading professional development sessions for professionals across the NHS and Central government through NHS Employers and the Cabinet office.

  • Acting as a guest lecturer on Change Management and Occupational Psychology Masters Courses at The University of Sheffield, the University of Manchester and City University.

  • Being a guest speaker at HR forums such as Positive HR Forum and the Sullivan Brown HR network.

  • Guesting on podcasts such as the Fearless HR, Culture Hacks and the Happy Workplace Project.

  • I also routinely host, or guest speak at, clients whole business events on the topic of culture cultivation and colleagues’ roles in fostering high performance cultures.
